Adolescent Diabetics Need to Take Part in Regular Exercise to Avoid
People diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes are advised to plan regular physical activity to help control the condition and prevent complications developing. It was found the HbA1c averaged 0.8 percent lower in individuals who exercised more than twice a week than in those who did not take part in regular physical activity. the body mass index (BMI) was highest in those who took part in the least amount of exercise. those who exercised more than twice a week had the highest amounts of HDL, or 'good' cholesterol.
